This policy describes how Chlċken Pawprint Roαd (“the app”) handles information when you record dog-training skills and practice sessions on your device.

What the app does with your information
The app is a personal training journal. You create skill names, optional cue descriptions, and session entries that include a date, a setting label you choose (such as home or park), attempt counts, successful response counts, and an optional note. The app calculates descriptive response rates from those numbers and shows setting summaries and session history on your device.
The app does not evaluate your dog’s behavior, diagnose training needs, or guarantee outcomes. It only stores what you enter and displays math derived from your counts.
Where data is stored
Skills and sessions are saved locally on your iPhone or iPad using on-device storage (SwiftData). Normal use does not require an account, sign-in, or cloud sync provided by the app.
We do not receive copies of your skill or session content through the app’s core features. If you contact us by email, we will see whatever you choose to include in that message.
What we do not collect through the app
Based on how the app is built, it is not designed to:
- Track you across other companies’ apps or websites for advertising
- Collect precise location from the device for training records (settings are labels you type or select, not verified GPS measurements)
- Run in-app analytics, crash-reporting SDKs, or social features described in the product plan
- Require a user account or password managed by us
Apple’s App Store, your device backups, and iOS system services may process data according to their own policies; those are outside this app’s direct control.
Editing and deletion
You can edit skill names, cue descriptions, and session fields, or delete individual sessions. You can also delete an entire skill and its associated session history from within the app. When you delete content in the app, it is removed from local app storage on that device.
Removing the app from your device may remove locally stored records unless they remain in an encrypted device backup you restore later.
Purchases and payments
The app is described as a training log without in-app purchase flows in the product specification. If that changes in a future version, purchase handling would follow Apple’s App Store rules and any updated policy shown in the app or on these pages.
Children
The app is intended for dog owners managing their own training notes. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the app.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the app’s behavior or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top will be revised when we publish an updated version at this URL path.
