Contact

For help with the app, reporting a problem, or questions about your records:

Please include your iOS version and a short description of what you were doing (for example, creating a skill, logging a session, or editing counts). Do not send passwords; the app does not use an account system in the current version.

What you can do in the app

  • Create and rename skills — Each skill is a training focus such as loose-leash walking, with an optional cue description.
  • Log a session — Enter the date, a setting label, number of attempts, successful responses, and an optional note, then save.
  • Review results — See each session’s response rate (successful responses ÷ attempts) and combined totals grouped by setting.
  • Compare settings — Use side-by-side setting summaries to decide where to practice next.
  • Edit or delete — Correct session fields or remove a session; delete a skill and its full session history when you no longer need it.

How rates are calculated

When attempts are greater than zero, the session rate is successful responses divided by attempts, shown as a percentage. For zero attempts, the app shows that the rate is not recorded instead of dividing by zero.

For each setting label, the app adds up successful responses and attempts across all sessions in that setting, then applies the same ratio. It does not average unlike session percentages.

Data stays on your device

Skills and sessions are stored locally on your iPhone or iPad. The app is not designed to sync your journal to our servers. If you replace your device, your history moves only if you restore from an Apple backup or migrate data through means Apple provides—not through a built-in cloud account in the app.

See the Privacy Policy for more detail on storage and deletion.

Common questions

Why did my setting summary change when I edited a session?
Counts are tied to the setting label on each session. Changing attempts, successes, or the setting moves numbers between summaries and recalculates rates.
Does the app remind me to train?
No. The current product does not include scheduled reminders or notifications for practice.
Can the app tell me if my dog is progressing?
It shows the observations and math you entered. It does not judge behavior or promise improvement; training choices stay with you.
Are there in-app purchases?
The specification for this release describes a personal log without purchase flows. If that changes, App Store listing and these pages would be updated.
