These terms govern your use of Chlċken Pawprint Roαd, an iOS app for logging dog-training skills and practice sessions and reviewing response rates you derive from your own counts.

Agreement
By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
License and acceptable use
Yudha Prasetya grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and these terms.
You agree not to misuse the app, including attempting to reverse engineer it except where applicable law allows, interfering with its operation, or using it in violation of law.
Your content and responsibilities
You enter skill names, settings, counts, dates, and optional notes. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you record and for how you use summaries when planning practice.
Training decisions remain yours. The app compares numbers you supply; it does not replace professional trainers, veterinarians, or behavior specialists.
No professional or outcome guarantees
The app provides descriptive calculations only—for example, successful responses divided by attempts, expressed as a percentage, and combined totals grouped by setting labels. It does not diagnose medical or behavioral conditions, recommend specific training programs, or promise that your dog will improve.
Setting names are owner-entered labels, not verified measurements of environment or distraction level.
Local storage and availability
Records are stored on your device. You are responsible for maintaining your device, backups, and any data loss that occurs if the app is removed, the device fails, or local data is deleted through in-app controls.
We do not operate a sync service described in the current product plan; features may change in future updates with notice where required.
Apple and third parties
Apple is not a party to these terms between you and the operator. Apple has no obligation to furnish maintenance or support for the app except as required by applicable law.
Your use of the App Store and iOS is subject to Apple’s applicable terms and policies.
Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that calculated rates will match every real-world training outcome.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yudha Prasetya will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the app or reliance on displayed rates or summaries.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability for claims relating to the app will be limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim, or zero if the app was provided without charge.
Changes and termination
We may modify these terms or discontinue features. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date and publishing revised terms at this path. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
You may stop using the app at any time and delete it from your device. We may suspend access if you materially breach these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence apply and cannot be waived.
